Payments and Policies

Payment of Tuition for 30 minute weekly lessons:

Weaver’s Piano Academy will run in two semesters per year.  Fall semester will be defined as August through December.  The Spring semester will be defined as January through May.  Upon the acceptance of each new student and at the beginning of each semester, a list of lessons will be provided. This will include the agreed upon day and time of each week’s lesson.

The Fall and Spring semester tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of each semester or in monthly installments of $80.00.  Monthly payments will be accepted on the first day of each month.  The total cost of lessons per Fall and Spring semester will be $400.00 each and may be paid at the beginning of those semesters.

Music lessons for the months of June and July will be considered at the discretion of both student/parent and instructor.

Music lessons are not paid for as in individual days/lessons but rather in total for the semester.

All payments can be made through this website which is powered by My Music Staff.  This is the #1 music teacher software for private music teachers and music schools  This will be the preferred method to pay the tuition/books and supplies.   This will require the student/parent to enroll and set up their account using this website.   Cash and Check will be allowed at the discretion of the instructor.

Books and Supplies

All books and supplies will be purchased by the instructor.  These will include such things as, but not limited to, song books, method books and solo sheet music.  The student/parent will reimburse the instructor for these materials with their account through the website My Music Staff.

Scheduling - Cancellations - Make-Up Lessons

Each student/parent will be assigned a 30 minute time slot for the music lesson on either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.  At the beginning of each semester, a list of these agreed upon dates and times will be given.

A 36 hour notice will be required to cancel a lesson and qualify for a make-up lesson.  Reasons for canceling a lesson will vary depending on the circumstance.  Qualifying for a make-up lesson will be determined by the instructor.  All make-up lessons will be available on Wednesdays between 4pm and 6pm.

As stated before, the tuition covers the semester and not individual lessons/days.
